Healthy Dairy & Gluten Free 3 Ingredients Pancakes

Ohhh yeahh, it's nearly pancake day!!

With one of the most exciting day around the corner it seems only right to dedicate a whole post to pancakes so they can bask in all their glory on their special day.

Since the beginning of February I have been practicing my pancake skills building up to the big day and these type of pancakes have to my favourite. Strictly speaking they aren't your conventional pancakes as they are dairy free and gluten free but they are super tasty and super easy to make.

Mixed berry pancakes with peanut utter, raisins and banana slices on top.

Cinnamon pancakes with a cinnamon apple compote.


Coco powder and coconut pancakes with peanut butter, desiccated coconut and sunflower seeds.

Desiccated coconut pancakes with peanut butter and warm mixed berries.


Ingredients: (makes 5)
2 eggs
1 banana 
1/2 tsp cinnamon
The cinnamon can be changed for other ingredients such as desiccated coconut, coco powder, mixed berries, peanut butter, etc.
