One of the best ways to enjoy kale is baked until fabulously crispy. I had these kale chips at work one day and oh my I just had to get the recipe and make them myself! They are so more-ish
Wash the kale and dry off either by patting it with kitchen towels or in a salad spinner.
Place the kale in a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil and add a pinch of salt and pepper. You can get a little adventurous here and add some spices such as paprika or cayenne pepper. I prefer them with just salt and pepper.
Place them in the oven at 150 degrees or about 5-7 minutes or until they start browning at the edges.
Once done take them out and let them cool for a few minutes. After that they are yours to share but I won't judge if you keep them for yourself, they are just too good!
What healthy snacks do you like or make at home? If you try these out I would love to know how they turned out. If you like comment below I would love to hear from you!
Until next time
