So it's no secret that I'm a sucker for nail varnish so when I went into Boots the other day "just to pick up a face wash" I ended up in the make-up aisle looking at what seemed endless array of nail varnish. I eyed up the Essie section for a few minutes (or a while) wishing my purse would stretch far enough for their amazing colours and funky names such as Bahama Mama, however, being a student that probably has enough nail varnish to last a life time I went towards the cheap but reliable Seventeen counter. This gorgeous light grey called Long Island stood out to me for the small price of £3.99!
Its claims that it lasts for up to 8 days, which be a miracle if it does as most of my nail varnishes tend to chip after 3 days! I will let you know how things go on that front. Overall the colour is amazing, the shine is great and it goes on pretty easily.
