With valentines day creeping up on us I thought a nice selection of gifts was well due. I scoured the web to find some treats, something a bit more different from the usual make up/perfume, jewellery and underwear.

I though these were really cute and 'unique'. They come in packs of 20 so you can give them out to family and friends as well as that special one just to let them know you love them.

This book is full of games and activities to do with each other about each other. Its just something silly that looks like it will be a bit of fun.

Write a note of the first page to make it even more special. You could fill it up with memories you have together, etc. I just though it was simple and inexpensive idea.

So I did say I wasn't going for the 'typical' gifts but then I saw this and thought it was really nice, and quite different. The message behind it is really uplifting. It kinda says that you believe in the person you are giving it to, they are incredible. I just thought it has more meaning than say a silver pearl necklace.

I Love these. They are so adorable. These would be a good gift if you live with your partner. They can be reminded how much you love them every morning over eggs.

How pretty is this mug?!t comes in a range on colours and the design is hand drawn. You could fill it with chocolate hearts or something just to make it a little more special. 

Baking cakes and cookies or making something personal are always good ideas for gifts too.
