Hi Everyone :)
So I've set myself the 30 day squat challenge for this month because who doesn't want a nice perky bum. I'm not one to do much exercise apart from running that slowly turns into walking, so this will definitely be a challenge. I will let you know how it went at the end of the 30 days and hopefully I will have something good to report!
